Diamantina

Diamantina teaches piano, and she graduated from the prestigious Guildhall School of Music and Drama with a Masters degree in Piano Performance in 2020, under the tutelage of Professor Philip Jenkins and Professor Laura Roberts. Other than that, she also graduated from the University of Macau with a Bachelors degree in Psychology in 2018, which provides her insight in teaching. In other qualifications, she holds a Licentiate of the Royal Schools of Music (LRSM) with distinction and Grade 8 Theory from ABRSM.

Diamantina has been teaching since 2011 and working closely with students of all abilities; from beginner to diploma level, and to teach in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. She has experiences in teaching students of all ages and particularly familiar with ABRSM and Trinity graded exams. She loves teaching because as she learns as she teaches as well. She is very proud of one of her students passed the graded exam with the highest mark in Macau in 2017. Aside from practical piano, she also helps students to prepare Theory and Aural exams.

As a dedicated and experienced teacher, Diamantina’s aspiration is to develop students’ passion in music and life, and grow together with students. Practice piano is the process, but through learning music, it gives us a lesson life long lesson in life.
