Vivien Wong

My name is Vivien, and I am dedicated to teaching eager students to play the piano. I am a holder of the ATCL Performance Diploma, and I have over 20 years of teaching experience. I have taught over 150 students of different ages (from 3 years and over) and across varying playing levels – from fresh starters to experienced players. 

Having taught students from different cultures, I can quickly adapt to your learning pace and create bespoke lessons based on your aptitude and goals. We all have individual learning capacity, and I do my best to figure out how you absorb lessons and follow directions so that I can enhance your practice and responsiveness. In time, you will learn to train your ear, master the basics, and play the piano with ease and enthusiasm. I can also help you prepare for exams, and in the past, I have assisted students who went on to take the ABRSM/ Trinity exam with 90% achieved distinction.
